Startup and Growth start with 15 days free, with the same feature limits shown below; no charge is made during the trial. The Free plan remains free forever for one AWS account and limited visibility. Scaled is quoted first, so its trial is agreed with you. You add a card only if you want to continue; with no card on file the trial simply ends and you are back on Free, nothing is charged. Once a card is on file the plan renews monthly until you cancel.

Paid plans are month to month and billed through Stripe. Cancel the subscription and your organization drops back to the Free plan automatically at the end of the period. Your history and settings stay where they are, the paid features simply stop. There is no contract, no notice period, and no call to sit through.

Startup and Growth are paid by card through Stripe Checkout, self-serve. MarshalCloud never sees your card details. Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling happen on the Billing page, not through a sales rep. Scaled is invoiced after we agree a price.

Because we would be guessing. Scaled covers 50 cloud accounts and 500 monitors checked every 15 seconds, and what that costs us to run depends on the size of your estate and your billing data. Rather than publish a number we might have to walk back, we ask one round of questions and quote it. Credits are MarshalCloud's unit for AI work: a short answer costs about 1 credit and an agent run about 5, whichever model answered. Startup includes 500 credits a month, Growth 2,000 and Scaled 5,000; Free has 200 a month during the beta. When they run out MarshalCloud says so and stops rather than billing you a surprise. You can move up a plan or bring your own model key, which uses no credits.

MarshalCloud tells you, in the moment, which limit you hit and what the next plan allows. Adding a cloud account beyond your plan's count is refused with that message rather than quietly billed as overage. Nothing you already connected is taken away.

From your own billing data and the cloud provider's own pricing - never a made-up benchmark. If we can't price something confidently, we say so and mark it low-confidence rather than inflate a number.

Yes, but only what you approve. MarshalCloud prepares an allowlisted change, shows the supporting plan, and stops. You approve, then the deterministic executor acts. Some actions can be rolled back and others cannot, so MarshalCloud does not promise universal undo. For now we switch fixes on with you: you install the fix role in your AWS account and we record it on your connection. A screen to do it yourself is coming.

You do not need separate FinOps, security, and SRE specialists. A technical owner should still review cloud access and consequential actions. MarshalCloud reduces investigation and console work without pretending operational judgment is unnecessary.

Delete the MarshalCloud CloudFormation stack or IAM role in your own AWS account and our role can no longer be assumed. MarshalCloud never has a path around that control. If you connected with an access key instead of the stack, deleting the stack does nothing: disconnect the account in MarshalCloud and delete that key in AWS. Product-side export and complete organization deletion are part of the documented launch checklist.
